Returns

**Return and Exchange Policy:**

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

**Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:**

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.

**Return Process:**

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. Customer@CritterConcepts.com with your order number.  We will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

**Return Shipping:**

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received by us. Please returns to:

**Refunds:**

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for certain returns.

**Exchanges:**

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

**Damaged or Defective Items:**

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

**Cancellation Policy:**

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.
